Sale document, 1855
Sale document for two farms in Najafabad in Fars. They were originally owned by Aqa Mirza Abu Talib, known as Navvab. He sold them to Sayyid Mirza the Isfahani merchant in 1851. In 1852, Sayyid Mirza transferred these properties to his children, Mirza Sayyid Muhammad, Sayyid Muhammad ʻAli, and Husni Jan Baygum and gave his older son, Mirza Sayyid Muhammad, known as Jinab, the power of attorney to oversee the matters. Umm Kulsum Khanum, the daughter of Mashhadi Aqa and the wife of Mir Aqa, in a separate document, had sold her one-week share of the Khan Muhammad Khan qanat in Ahrab to Haj ʻAli ʻAbbas, the well-known merchant from Lak. She additionally sells him her one-week share of the qanat in Ganjʻalikhan garden; this garden was purchased by the owners of Khan Muhammad Khan qanat.

Settlement between Ya‘qub Bayg, Turab Bayg, ‘Ali Khan, and ‘Ali Naqi, sons of the late Haj Yusuf and residents of Kamarbunah village, and Sasan Mirza Bahaʼ al-Dawlah on his own behalf and with power of attorney transferred from Bibi Mah, Chaqqah Mah, Khanum Kuchak, Khanum Bibi, and Gul Bibi, exchanging more than half of a property located in Kamarbunah village and all its belongings for two hundred and sixty six tumans.

Settlement between Muhammad Hasan Khan, son of Khudadad Khan, and Mu’taman al-Sultan Fath‘ali Khan Bayglar Baygi of Azarbayjan, over transferring some properties including three-sixths of Nazarlu village for seven thousand and six hundred tumans. On the margin of the original document, Muhammad Isma‘il, son of ‘Ali, writes about Fath‘ali Khan’s claim regarding his mother’s ownership of three-sixths of Nazarlu village. Muhammad Isma‘il affirms that he heard about this ownership from Shahzadah, mother of Fath‘ali Khan.
